I will take you through a guided meditation - a journey into a place of calm and peace.

Even if you have never meditated before or find it difficult to still your mind, these guided meditation sessions will help you achieve a state of stillness which can help:

Mat and cushion for your head are supplied - some blankets available however, please bring your own if you are prone to feeling the cold.

Please let me know if you have any other requirements - e.g. cannot lie on the floor, need a chair etc.
