Holistic Healing is a unique approach to therapy that focuses on treating the individual as a whole, rather than merely addressing symptoms or specific issues. This whole person method considers the links between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of a person's life. By taking this comprehensive approach, holistic healing offers several benefits that can enhance overall wellbeing.

In my wellbeing practice the emphasis is on personalized care. Instead of relying on a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor my techniques and interventions to the specific needs of each individual client. This individualized attention ensures that clients receive targeted support and guidance, leading to more effective outcomes.

  • Unwanted patterns, beliefs and behaviours

As each session is tailored to the individual client, a session with me may include:

  • Holistic Counselling

  • Reiki Energy Healing

  • Regression Therapy

  • Crystals & Oils

  • Meditation & Mindfulness

  • Drumming & Singing Bowls

  • Oracle Card Reading

(none of these are mandatory to a successful session and full discussion with each client is undertaken before using any of these modalities)

Non confrontational and strictly confidential, we meet in a private and safe place where we are able to discuss whatever it is in your life that is causing you confusion, grief, sadness, anger or anxiety. Or perhaps you just need some assistance to help you get back on the path to wellness and happiness.

We will work together to find the best and most effective ways to get you on the path to healing and moving forward to rediscover you and live the best life you can.

Appointments available:

Mondays - online via zoom only

Fridays - face to face in Mannum or online via zoom
